App is absolutely awful. Took me over 20 minutes to choose my order and check out.

Im a young adult in college and this app has saved my life!!!! I have rewards for days!!!

Super fast and easy to use! I use it to order dinner while getting ready to leave from gymnastics.

And this is easy

Pictures of all the toppings and items offered. Easy to make half n half pizzas as well.

Ive earned a free 3 topping pizza by ordering online. If they mess up your order it may take awhile but they fix it for you

App seemed to work well other than I didnt get what I ordered which is likely the issue of the store. Map of locations is all messed up. Actually showed my current location as a store and Im at work in a remote location. Used app last week and just picked closest store then, and it placed my order at a store clear a cross town. My bad for not paying attention. Driving to that store on my "way home" from work was a painful experience. Like the way the app works - just need some work with location.

Best pizza EVER!!!

No Apple Pay, no scanning credit cards, no option to delete saved credit cards (so each time I get a security updated card it looks completely identical on the account and therefore a guessing game), incredibly convoluted, the whole system should be scrapped and start over

Easy app, always good service, the only thing that would make me love papa johns even more would be an absolute free pizza every now and then;)

Usually I have no problems. But getting a new password Every time is depressing. They answer the phone quick enough I suppose. But, still a pain!

First time using the app to order from here. Very nice app.

Easy to use, performs well. Suggest you "uberize" the app - show where the pizza driver is in terms of delivering. I think you should try to reduce #web pages to place order.
