Works like it should, nice animations... No complaints here.

Hey, a lot of the apps have switched to "only when using". Except Papa Johns, where its always or never. Im going with never in this case.

Excellent pizza and quick service. Last Sunday they delivered one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Very fresh and hot.

Senior citizen appreciates how user friendly this site is!

Cant place order due to app not accepting an address which has been delivered to several times already. Says it does not recognize it. Hopefully these error can be fixed and I will be happy to leave a 5 start review.

Family favorite!

We have Papa Johns almost every week. This app gives me total control over my order. If used properly, you can really get more for less if you know how to navigate through the app. Once I figured that out, I generally would save a couple of bucks each order. Heres why its not 5 stars. I was stuck the first time because when you are preparing your order, most navigation to continue through the process (add to deal, sauce and cheese, toppings, etc.) is on the bottom of the screen. However, when you go to review cart and finalize your order (address, payment method, etc.) the navigation is at the top of the app. Now that I know this, I can wiz through my order in no time. But this may be why some would shy away from the app. If they have to think, they will likely not and just leave a bad review. The rewards are great, and whenever they offer a free pizza on your next visit after making an order, I always get it because Im a regular and was going to order anyways. I also like being able to add the tip when ordering. I think this may be why I always get the hottest, freshest pizza. Gotta run. Papa Johns is at the door!

App has a decent interface and is what you would expect from a pizza app. Everything from here on is suggestions: I would say the number one thing I would like fixed is that when you check the "keep me logged in" box, it doesnt actually keep you logged in, I have to fill all my information out every time I try to order which is a pain. A different issue I would like fixed is that you cant delete an address from your order list, I typed in my address wrong once and it wont let me delete it. Lastly I would like somewhere to report feedback instead of leaving a review in hopes to be heard.
