Ordering is easy. Lots of options. Delivery is fast and friendly.

I love ordering Papa Johns on the app but it would be nice to have a place to put in a note. Like dont cook the brownies or cookies at normal time, take away 5-7 minutes. I give it a 4.5 star rating because of that but I can only do 4 or 5.

Ordering online whether through the app or their website is great, but I still need to call into my local Papa Johns to request customization to my pizzas - half cheese (on one side).

Quick and easy, app works great and links to my account without any issues. This is the only way I order pizza from Papa Johns!

This app is easy to use which makes it easy to love, especially when those papa John rewards start to accumulate! I can save my previous orders as favorites so it makes it easy to reorder in the future! Want to see what the specials are? Yep they got that covered to!! Need to place a future order for pickup or delivery? Have no fear the app is here....for you. Love this app and its the only way Ill order!!

On a busy day like today & @home with my two toddlers, an App like this is a lifesaver! Call it a cop-out but I call it smart & efficient! Now I can spend the day on important tasks & any free time focused on my kids. We also use the App when ordering for our employees at the office/warehouse we own!

Easy to use and never have any difficulties! Always remembers my orders and payment info, which makes me want to order even more! Always have great deals too!

This app is garbage. It never works. It will allow you sometimes to get to the page where you place your order and then gives you an error message. Every time I end up just called Papa Johns directly. Uninstalling immediately. Which is a shame considering I cant redeem rewards without it. Papa Johns has lost my and my familys business for good.

Never had a problem with papa johns i love it i just really wish they put more grilled chicken when i add it to the topping.

No insight into the status of an order. Once an order is placed the app resets and shows no indication of ever recently placing an order. Youre completely blind to whether your pizza is being made, in a car for delivery, etc. Good pizza, but app is lacking the 21st century expectations.

Lets me quickly and easily order pizza. While I would love a universal "skip animation" rather that a skip on each page Im happy with this app, and 5 stars is appropriate

This app makes ordering pizza easier for me and my indecisive family! We can change our minds forty times while ordering without annoying the crap out of some poor worker!
