My apartment building isnt in their app, but Dominos doesnt have a problem finding it...

App is very easy to use for some scrumptious pizza delivered to my door!!! Yum!!!

Poppa Johns is my favorite go too pizza I just wish they had salads added to their menu, if they did Id make it 5 stars!!!

App is simple and easy to use, love getting reward points and discounts when my home team wins! I wish there were a way to specify how many pepperoncinis will be included or how many we would like when we order extra- sometimes we get one measly pepper, so the next time I order extra and I get twenty! Order again and get four or five, so I dont order next time and get only one!

Im new to papa johns app, very user friendly! Appreciate the accuracy of ordering.

They could do away with the animations while ordering because its really not necessary. After the latest revision now I have to log into my account every time I use the app. Other than those two items its a very convenient tool for an "on the go" person.

I love how it shows what your pizza looks like after you add the toppings onto it. Helps people on deciding just where theyd like their toppings. Awesome app.

Takes several uses to maneuver around without something happening, such as having to start over. Needs to allow you to enter PROMO Code at any screen up until payment, or at least on the payment page (forget to enter it at the start, and you have to delete the order and start over).

After the "glitches" were worked out, the app became extremely easy to use.

Went to my email history to research the impossible password to remember. Returned to app to order pizza. Could not add my credit card even after logging into my bank info and copying it verbatim to the app. So frustrating.

Really easy to use, love using app vs calling in

I never received my confirmation e-mail. The app offered no way to review my order once I had submitted it. The app also didnt show what store got my order, so I couldnt call to confirm. It took the pizza 30-40 minutes to arrive, which is fine, but I never received any communication that it was on its way. When the pizza did finally arrive, It had the wrong toppings, and they were sparse. The sticker on the box, however, did list the toppings I ordered. Ill just use Dominos in future.

Always comes hot and fresh. Very convenient .... Everyone here loves it
